My farmer put into our weekly basket a bunch of these red things I wasn’t sure about. I tried to eat every part of it and then read it was Sorrel, Jamaica Flowers. I had tried Agua Fresca at Cuchara on Fairview and I loved it, but Agua Fresca is made with hibiscus flowers. I am still not sure that Jamaica and Hibiscus are the same thing. Well, I’ve looked around blogs and different recipes, I tried, and it turned out a refreshing drink that I read it’s full of antioxidants and actually good for you. Mexicans! If you read this post and have comments, please feel free to make suggestions!! :D
