I love this season! And I love my farmer for getting me so many pumpkins to craft new recipes with. Pumpkin is very delicate and a very versatile veggie. It lets me make cookies, soft rolls, delicious gnocchi, creamy soups, a wonderful version of risotto, and amazing spongy cakes. This year’s Thanksgiving Day will be a great day! And I get to celebrate my birthday right the day before Turkey Day this year so we’ll have a 5-day party! Yay!
